Moonshine is a sweet 2 yr old girl who has had a tough start in life. When she was a tiny newborn puppy she and her 5 siblings got their first collars. Her original human struggled to take care of the dogs and never changed the puppy collars. As she and her siblings grew the collars became embedded in their necks, requiring surgery to remove. It's a miracle that Moonshine is with us today!
