1 of 1 original plein air painting of the Menomonee River flowing through Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin after a massive rain storm that flooded much of the area. With water rushing and levels high, the deep root systems of elder trees protect the river from rerouting. After the rain clears, beauty and destruction are revealed.
